- DEPLOY_HOST / DEPLOY_USER / REGISTRY_USER now read from vars.*,
  set once at /admin/actions/variables and inherited by all repos
- DEPLOY_SSH_KEY / REGISTRY_PASSWORD stay as secrets.*
